新医改前后乡镇卫生院运行状况比较分析

摘　　要：文章通过对比2006-2008年和2009-2011年乡镇卫生院数量、病床使用率、诊疗人次和入院人数,发现2006-2011年乡镇卫生院四个指标的变化情况。通过分析产生这些变化的原因,提出三点建议:政府加大投入,完善激励制度;变革乡镇卫生院的发展模式,科学发展乡镇卫生院;合理配置乡镇卫生院的卫生资源。By comparatively analyzing the indexes of amount of township health centers, utilization of sickbeds, number of visits and inpatients in two periods （from 2006 to 2008 ,and from 2009 to 2011 ） ,changes were obtained. Based on analyzing rea- sons for these changes, suggestions were put forward, such as increasing input from the government, perfecting incentive system, reforming the development mode of township health centers, and reasonably allocating health resources.
