摘　　要：文章对国内外产学研合作的发展与现状及经验进行了综述,总结了国内医药工业产学研合作的成功经验,并基于四川地区中药饮片产业发展的特点,针对当前四川地区中药饮片产业发展过程中出现的矛盾和问题,提出完善四川中药饮片产业发展的产学研联盟的建议,为推进四川省中药饮片产业发展提供一定的思路与策略。In this paper,we summarized the current situation and experiences of cooperation on Industy-University-Research internal and aboard. Based on the development characteristics of Chinese herbal pieces industry in Sichuan province, and for the contradictions and problems arised in the industry development process,this paper proposes suitable mechanisms of Industy-Uni- versity-Research alliances on the industrial development,providing certain ideas and strategies to advance the development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry in Sichuan Province.
