摘　　要：图书馆学学术研究的目的在于继承前人的研究成果并在继承的基础上创新。图书馆业务工作与学术研究是互相促进的关系。本文阐述了图书馆人要正确处理业务工作与学术研究的关系,在学术研究中获得审美感受。Library science academic research is to inherit and innovate the previous research results and innovation based on inheritance, library busi- ness work and academic research is to promote mutual relations, the library should correctly deal with the relationship between business and academic research, obtaining aesthetic feelings in the academic study.
