摘　　要：本文以卡尔·波普尔的"三个世界"理论为分析工具,通过对信息、信息服务概念的理解,分析了数字图书馆信息服务的本质特征,并在此基础上阐述了数字图书馆信息服务质量评价的内容和方法。By using the theory of ＂Three Worlds＂ created by Poart as an analytical tool, and after understanding the concepts of information and in- formation service, this paper prescribes and analyses the natural characteristics of the digital libraries information service. And on the basis of the above statement, it also states the contents and methods to evaluate the information service of the digital libraries.
