摘 要:研究了模糊不确定性和非概率不确定性共存时的结构可靠性问题。工程实际中,结构的失效常具有模糊性,考虑结构失效准则的模糊性,用模糊集表示结构的安全域和失效域。应用模糊理论,导出了Info-gap(Information-gap)模型的失效可能性测度和安全可能性测度,建立了模糊失效准则下结构非概率可靠性分析的一般性模型,给出了可靠性指标的解法。结构的模糊失效域和模糊安全域退化为普通集时,新模型可退化为常规的结构非概率可靠性模型。The structural reliability assessment problem exhibiting both fuzzy and Info-gap (Information-gap) uncertainties is investigated. The failure of the structure is usually a fuzzy event in practical engineering. Considering the failure region and the safety region of the structure as fuzzy sets, the failure possibility measure and the safety possibility measure of the Info-gap model are developed based on the membership functions of the fuzzy failure region and safety region. Then a general hybrid fuzzy and non-probabilistic structural reliability model is proposed based on the failure possibility measure and the safety possibility measure of the Info-gap model. The calculation procedures of the reliability index are also studied. The new hybrid model can be degenerated into the conventional non-probabilistic reliability model with common failure region and safety region of the structure.
