摘　　要：世界末日并不存在，但对人类来说灾害是实实在在的，其中城市灾害是人类所面临的主要威胁。城市是人El、财富集中地。城市是否安全关乎整个社会的繁荣与发展。City safety arouses public concern because of the concentration of the population and property.Based on facts from the population migration to the coastal areas to global warming,this paper discussed the issue of city disaster prevention and its countermeasures.
