摘　　要：2004年实施的《中华人民共和国农业机械化促进法》中明确提出农业机械试验鉴定机构应当公布具有适用性、安全性和可靠性的农业机械产品的检测结果,为农民和农业生产经营组织选购先进适用的农业机械提供信息。对于安全性和可靠性,已有较完善的技术标准,而对适用性的定量判定还是空白。为此,分析了旋耕深松灭茬起垄机适用性的影响因素,确定了适用性的性能指标及权重,为下一步评价方法的研究奠定了基础。In 2004 the implementation of the＂People＇s Republic of China Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law＂clearly put forward agriculture machinery experiment appraisal institutions shall publicize has applicability,safety,reliability of the agricultural machinery product testing results,for farmers and agricultural production and management organizations choose advanced and applicable agriculture machinery to provide information.Safety and reliability,has a perfect technical standard.On the applicability of quantitative judgment or blank.This paper presents rotary tillage subsoiling stubble ridger applicability of influencing factors,the machine is suitable the performance indexes and weights,the next step for the research on the evaluation method of foundation.
