摘 要:为了研究刮板式花生脱壳机机架的动态特性,以其机架为研究对象,利用SolidWorks对脱壳机机架进行了三维实体建模,然后导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中对其进行了固定模态分析,得到了花生脱壳机机架的前6阶固有频率和振型,为进行花生脱壳机机架的谐响应分析、瞬态响应分析、振动故障诊断和预报以及结构动力特性的优化设计奠定了基础。同时,分析了刮板式花生脱壳机工作时的零部件对机架固有频率和振型的影响。结果表明,脱壳机的工作频率和皮带传动引起的振动频率都远离其第1阶固有频率,不会对脱壳机机架的共振产生影响。模态分析的结果可为刮板式花生脱壳机机架的结构和性能改善提供必要的参考依据。In order to research the scraper peanut sheller dynamic characteristic of the rack, with the rack as the research object, using the SolidWorks of 3D design software established the 3D model of the rack, then imported the 3D model in- to the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, and analyzed its fixed modal, got the first 6 order natural frequency and vibration mode of the rack, which laid the foundations for harmonic response analysis, the transient response analy- sis, vibration fault diagnosis and forecast and the structure optimization design of the dynamic characteristics, and ana- lyzed the parts to the influence that the natural frequency and vibration mode of the rack, and the results showed that the sheller work frequency and vibration frequency of the belt transmission caused are all away from the first natural frequen- cy, therefore, which don' t work for the resonance of the rack, and the results of modal analysis for the scraper peanut sheller rack structure and performance improvement provided the necessary reference.
