摘  要:在田间和实验室对北方垄作收获期早熟结球甘蓝进行测定,研究其形状参数、拔取力、根部不同部位的含水率以及剪切强度等物理力学特性。对早熟甘蓝的几何特征值进行了统计分析,得出了主要形状特征值的变化区间;通过拉伸试验对收获期甘蓝拔取力进行测试,利用微机控制电子式万能试验机(WDW-5)对甘蓝根茎不同部位剪切强度进行了研究,应用Design-Expert Version 6.0.10软件对数据进行了统计分析。试验结果表明:甘蓝在田间的拔取力为[103.0,279.0]N;甘蓝根茎自上至下含水率呈逐渐减小趋势,分别为[87.85,90.89]%,[84.45,91.45]%,[75.83,83.31]%,[79.79,87.11]%;剪切强度逐渐增大,分别为[5.37×10-2,2.85×10-2]MPa,[2.58×10-2,1.10×10-2]MPa,[1.06,1.78]MPa,[1.25,1.97]MPa。研究结果对结球甘蓝收获机的研发具有重要意义。Based on the field and lab determination of the ridge precocious cabbages in harvest time in north-China, the physical and mechanical properties of cabbages, such as eometric parameters, pulling force, moisture content of the root in different parts and cut force were explored. The mathematic statistics method was employed to analyze the main geo- metric properties of maturing cabbage. The variation range of main shape parameter index values of the cabbages was ob- tained. Tbe tensile test was carried out to measure pulling force. The microcomputer control electric tester (WDW-5) was used to study on cut force characteristics in different parts of the cabbage root , and the data was analyzed by means of software the Design-Expert Version 6.0.10. The pulling force in the condition of natural growth in soil was in the range of [ 103.0, 279.0 ] N. The moisture content of roots from top to bottom gradually decreased, those were in the range of [87.85, 90. 891%, [84.45, 91. 451%, [75.83, 83. 311%, [79.79,87.111%. The shear strength of roots from top to bottom gradually increased, those were in the range of [5.37×10^-2, 2.85×10^-2] MPa, [2.58×10^-2, 1.10×10^-2 ] MPa, [ 1.06, 1.78 ] MPa, [ 1.25, 1.97 ] MPa. The study provides important theoretical data for design and development of the pulling cabbage harvester.
