四圆弧齿廓齿轮啮合特性的进一步探讨

摘　　要：运用几何与解析法分析四圆弧齿廓齿轮的啮合特性,推导出的结果有:①同一齿上4个同时啮合的点之间的轴向距离的计算;②四圆弧齿廓齿轮多点啮合系数和多对齿啮合系数的求解公式;③齿宽与多点啮合系数和多对齿啮合系数的关系。By applying graphic method to analysis the meshing characteristic of quadruple - arc gear. The fol- lowing results are obtained：① the calculation of axial distance of four simultaneous meshing points of quadruple - arc gear, ② the calculation formula of multi - point mesh factor and multi - pairs tooth mesh factor of quadruple - arc gear, ③ the relationship of tooth width related to multi - pairs tooth mesh factor and multi - point mesh factor.
