摘 要:为了测试减速机的静强度,计算与分析了减速机载荷情况,制定了详细的试验方案,设计了专用加载工装,采用液压转矩加载器和液压加载油缸对减速机进行模拟加载,并对各测点的应变进行了测量。试验结果表明,全部测点的应力均小于许用应力,与有限元计算值相比较,结果基本吻合,减速机的静强度满足设计要求,试验结果为优化设计提供了依据。To test the static strength of the speed reducer, the reducer load conditions are calculated and analyzed. The detail test scheme is formulated and the special frock clamp for loading is designed. By using hydraulic torque loader and hydraulic loading oil cylinder, the simulated loading for the reducer are carried out. The strain on some key points in reducer are measured. The test results show that, each measured point stress is less than the allow- able stress and agrees basically with the results obtained by finite element calculation. It is found that the static strength of the reduce can satisfy the design requirements and a basis for optimal design is provided by the test result.
