摘  要:以SolidWorks为平台,VB为开发工具,建立一个非对偶蜗轮蜗杆虚拟加工系统。在虚拟加工系统中,通过调用SolidWorks的多个API函数,精确建立蜗杆和蜗轮刀具模型,设定加工参数,模拟刀具的切削过程来实现蜗轮实体的精确成形。将蜗杆与加工成的蜗轮装配啮合,通过平面图观察啮合情况,进而调整蜗轮的加工参数,直至啮合良好为止。最后,以生产中一对非对偶蜗轮蜗杆为例,对虚拟加工系统做了详细说明。A system of the simulation manufacturing of mismatched worm gear is developed based on SolidWorks with VB. In the system, the accurate model of the worm and the worm gear hob is built by calling Solidworks API functions, the process parameters are set and the accurate model of the worm gear are built by simulating the cutting process. Then, through assembling the worm wheel and worm, using the sectional view to research the meshing condition of the worm wheel and worm, and the process parameters is adjusted to the best. At last, the simulation manufacturing system is explained in detail by taking a practical mismatched worm gear for example.
