摘　　要：销齿传动多用于大速比传动、低速运行的大型设备。由于这种传动形式采用成本低、制造容易的围带销代替大型渐开线齿轮,极大降低了制造成本。销齿轮的齿形采用外摆线的内侧等距曲线,理论上销齿传动是纯滚动接触,运动副磨擦损失小,传动效率高。The pin gear transmission is used for large transmission ratio, low speed operation of large equipment. Due to this form of transmission with low cost, easy manufacture of the shroud pins instead of a large - scale involute gear, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. The equidistant curve of epicycloid medial is used for pin gear tooth profile, in theory, the pin gear transmission is pure rolling contact, kinematic pair friction loss is small, the transmission efficiency is high.
