苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合氯沙坦治疗2型糖尿病肾病高血压及肾功能的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与氯沙坦单独及联合应用对2型糖尿病高血压的临床疗效，以及长期应用的有效性与安全性。方法：以2008年5月～2011年12月收治的90例2型糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者为研究对象，分为3组，每组30例，给药方法如下：氨氯地平组（给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2．5mg）、氯沙坦组（给予氯沙坦50mg）和联合用药组（给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2．5mg和氯沙坦50mg），1次／d，疗程12周。结果：两药单独应用和联合应用均可明显降低糖尿病肾病高血压（P〈0．05），改善肾功能（P〈0．05）；联合治疗降压作用和改善肾功能损伤作用明显优于单独治疗（P〈0．05）。结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平、氯沙坦治疗2型糖尿病肾病高血压均有较好的降压作用和改善肾功能损害，两药联合应用具有协同作用，值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with losartan for type 2 diabetic renopathy complicated with hypertension. METHODS： 90 patients with type 2 diabetic renopathy complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into three group, 30 cases in each group： levamlodipine besylate group （treated with 2. 5mg levamlodipine besy- late）, losartan group （treated with 50mg losartan） and combination group （treated with 2. 5mg levamlodipine besylate and 50mg losartan） , once a day. The treatment course was 12 weeks for all the three groups. RESULTS： In all groups, the blood pressure lev- els were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the renal function was improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The changes above were more significant in combina- tion group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： Levamlodipine besylate and losartan are effective in the treatment of 2 diabetic renopathy complicated with hypertension and they can improve renal injury and decrease blood pressure level.
