26例高血压引起脑出血患者的内科护理

摘　　要：目的：找出高血压引起脑出血患者的有效护理方法。方法：本文对26例高血压引起脑出血的病人进行密切观察、急救、常规检查、饮食调配、心理咨询、康复训练等方面的内科综合f临床护理。结果：26例患者中，23例均有明显好转，其中6例患者可独立行走，12例能借拐杖行走，5例患者无法行走，但意识障碍明显减轻，3例患者因放弃抢救治疗而死亡。结论：护理结果表明采用优质而有效的护理措施，能明显提高治愈率，预防并发症，并对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE： To find out the effective nursing methods for the patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension. METHOD ： Twenty - six patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension were treated by the clinical nursing methods of internal medicine, such as closely observed, first aid, routine examination, dietetic adjustment, psychological counseling, reha- bilitation training and so on. RESULT： Among the 26 patients, 6 patients began to walk alone, 5 patients couldn＇ t walk by them- selves but their consciousness disturbance appreciably alleviated, and 3 patients died because of giving up the therapies. CONCLU- SION： The nursing results show that the high quality and effective nursing measures can significantly improve the cure rate, prevent the complications, and play an important role in improving the patients＇ life quality.
