摘　　要：老年人患甲状腺疾病率较高，约为年轻人群的2倍，如何选择合理、有效的治疗方案，是我们研讨的中心。老年人甲状腺疾病主要以甲状腺功能低下、亚临床甲状腺功能低下和甲状腺结节为主。治疗主要以甲状腺激素替代或抑制、手术、放射性碘治疗、酒精（硬化）介入治疗法等。The rate of thyroid diseases in the elderly is high. It is approximately twice as high as the young people. How to choose an reasonable and effective treatment is the core of our discussion. Thyroid diseases occur in the elderly mainly including thy- roid hypofunction, subclinical hypothyroidism and thyroid nodules. The treatments include thyroid hormone replacement or suppres- sion, surgery, radioiodide therapy, alcohol interventional therapy, etc.
