摘 要:云计算作为一种新兴的服务模式,其运营商一般对各类服务收取固定的价格,这将无法满足用户的需求,并降低了运营商的利润。将双边市场的理论引入云计算服务定价,从两阶段收费角度建模,针对用户单归属和部分多归属的情况建立模型,并得到最优定价策略。研究结果表明,当云计算服务运营商采用两阶段收费时,应采取收取低注册费和高交易费的方式,差异化经营有助于云计算服务运营商提高自身竞争力;当用户存在多归属情况时,运营商可以通过提高用户注册费、降低开发商注册费的策略,来抢占市场份额。As a new service mode, cloud computing is generally charged a fixed price, which cannot meet the needs of users and reduces operators' profit. Based on the theory of two-sided markets and two-part tariff, the best price is obtained when users are single-homing or multi-homing. The result shows that the best plan is that charging users and developers with lower registration fee and higher transaction fee when carriers use the method of two-part tariff; differentiation strategies are important means of cloud computing service carriers improving self competition ; if users are multi-homing, carriers seize market share by increasing the registration fee of users and decreasing the registration fee of developers.
