摘　　要：为了提高智能电视的人机交互性,使复杂的功能易于操作,提出了一种基于Android智能电视的语音识别系统设计方案。该方案使得智能电视具备了语音自动网络搜索的功能;采用识别命令动态注册方法为第三方应用程序开发提供接口;通过强大的中英文词库,可识别中、英、中英混合语音信号,并且支持手机、遥控器语音控制电视,大大提高了智能电视的可操作性,丰富了人们的数字化生活。In order to improve human-computer interaction of Smart TV and make the complicated function easy to operate, a program of speech recognition system based on Smart TV of Android is done. By the program Smart TV is equipped with the function of auto search speech through the Internet, and the method of dynamic registration adopted for commands offers interface for third-party applications. Depend on the strong libraries it can recognize Chinese, English and mixed both of them. Also it can be controlled by mobile phone and remote control. The change makes Smart TV easy to operate and enriches people＇s digital life.
