摘　　要：中国气象局全国天气预报电视会商会议系统正式投入业务运行后,服务范围和类型越来越广,原来比较粗放的运行管理和松散记录日益暴露出不足。针对这种情况,本着业务自动、规范、高效的原则,对数据流程、信息特点、关键字段、术语规范性等进行了分析,搭建了优化可复用的程序框架,并对时间、人员、内容、会场状况等实现相关的录入、查询、统计、输出、校验等功能,可进行检索统计考核,对现有业务的开展起到预期的促进作用。Since the CMA National Weather-forcast TV Consuhing ＆ Meeting System provides the formal service, the users reach much more area with kinds of application. The running management and record designed before become inefficient now. So it＇s highly suggested to make the work run with more automation, standardization and efficiency. Much analysis is put on the data flow, information feature, key field and term norm, and the optimized framework can be reusable. The functions to input, search, statistical process, output and verify are realized, and the data such as date, time, staff, content, statt, s of meeting place can be organized smoothly. It also can access the running status during the past time. In a word much facilitation is taken to the daily operation through the software.
