平衡针治疗对肩关节周围炎活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针针刺"肩痛穴"对肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)肩关节活动度的影响。方法采用多中心随机对照研究,将222例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组111例。治疗组采用平衡针疗法,对照组采用常规毫针疗法。观察两组治疗前后Melle评分表和综合症状疗效。结果两组患者治疗1次后、第2次随访、第3次随访肩关节活动度肩部外展疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者第3次随访肩关节活动度手到颈疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1次后肩关节活动度手到嘴疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平衡针疗法和常规针刺均能改善肩周炎患者肩关节功能,平衡针疗法的即时效果较明显。Objective To investigate the effect of balance acupuncture at shoulder pain point on shoulder motion in scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods A multicenter randomized controlled study was carried out. Two hundred and twenty-two patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 111 cases each. The treatment group received balance acupuncture and the control group, conventional filiform-needle acupuncture. The pre- and post-treatment Melle scores were counted and the therapeutic effect on overall symptoms was evaluated in the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant difference in shoulder abduction after one treatment and at the second and third follow-ups between the two groups of patients （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in hand moving to neck at the third follow-up （P〈0.05） and in hand moving to mouth after one treatment （P〈0.05） between the two groups of patients. Conclusions Both balance acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve shoulder function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, balance acupuncture has a more marked immediate effect.
