背俞穴埋线对围绝经期抑郁焦虑患者Kupperman评分和HAMA评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察背俞穴为主穴位埋线对围绝经期抑郁焦虑患者Kupperman评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分的影响,探讨背俞穴埋线对围绝经期抑郁焦虑的治疗作用。方法将46例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组23例。两组取穴均以背俞穴为主,治疗组采用背俞穴为主埋线治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Kupperman评分和HAMA评分影响。结果两组治疗后Kupperman评分和HAMA评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后Kupperman评分和HAMA评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线和普通针刺均能有效调节围绝经期抑郁焦虑患者的下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,并改善患者的抑郁焦虑症状。穴位埋线操作更方便,能减少患者就诊次数和治疗时间。Objective To investigate the influence of catgut embedding at Back-Shu points on the Kupperman score and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score and explore its therapeutic effect in patients with perimenopausal depression and anxiety. Methods Forty-six patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 23 cases each. Back-Shu points were mainly selected for two groups. The treatment group received catgut embedding and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The pre- and post-treatment Kupperman scores and HAMA scores were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Kupperman and HAMA scores in the two groups （P（0.01）. There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in the Kupperman and HAMA scores between the treatment and control groups （P 0.05）. Conclusions Both acupoint catgut embedding and conventional acupuncture can effectively regulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis and improve the symptoms in patients with perimenopausal depression and anxiety. Acupoint catgut embedding is more convenient for performance and can save patients the number of visits and the time of treatment.
