隔姜灸配合针刺治疗持续性变应性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察隔姜灸配合针刺治疗持续性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将35例持续性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为联合组12例、针刺组11例和对照组12例。联合组采用隔姜灸配合针刺治疗,针刺组采用单纯针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。3组均接受为期4星期的治疗,并于治疗前后评估症状记分表、TNSS+TNNSS量表、RQLQ量表以评价临床疗效和对生活质量的影响。结果 3组治疗后症状记分和TNSS+TNNSS量表评分均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),联合组治疗后症状记分和TNSS+TNNSS量表评分均显著低于针刺组和对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。联合组和对照组治疗后RQLQ量表评分均较同组治疗前显著下降(均P<0.01),联合组治疗后RQLQ量表评分均显著低于针刺组和对照组(均P<0.01)。结论隔姜灸配合针刺是一种治疗持续性变应性鼻炎的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combining ginger-partitioned moxibustion and acupuncture in treating perennial allergic rhinitis. Method Thirty-five patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomized into a combining group （n=12）, an acupuncture group （n=11）, and a control group （n=12）. The combining group was intervened by ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture, the acupuncture group was by acupuncture alone, and the control group was by medication. The 3 groups were all treated for 4 weeks, and compared with each other in symptom score, Total Nasal Symptom Score （TNSS） and Total Non-nasal Symptom Score （TNNSS）, Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire （RQLQ）, clinical efficacy, and quality of live. Result After treatment, the inner-group comparison of symptom score and TNSS＋TNNSS scores showed significant differences in all three groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）; the symptom score and TNSS＋TNNSS scores in the combining group were significantly lower than those in the acupuncture group and control group （both P〈0.01）. After treatment, the inner-group comparison of RQLQ scale score showed significant decrease in both combining group and control group （both P〈 0.01）; RQLQ score in the combining group was markedly lower than that in the acupuncture group and control group （both P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combining ginger-partitioned moxibustion and acupuncture is an effective approach in treating perennial allergic rhinitis.
