摘 要:【目的】为了探讨湿度对桃蛀果蛾卵孵化和成虫羽化的影响,【方法】以桃蛀果蛾(Carposina sasakii Walsing-ham)卵和蛹为研究对象,于室内测定了空气相对湿度、土壤含水量和浸水对卵孵化率和成虫羽化率的影响。【结果】桃蛀果蛾的卵喜在高湿环境下孵化,适宜孵化的相对湿度为70%~80%,连续浸水(﹤15 s~48 h)对1日和6日龄卵孵化均没有影响。土壤含水量和浸水时间长短均显著影响桃蛀果蛾蛹羽化为成虫,土壤太干和太湿均不利于成虫羽化,适宜成虫羽化的土壤含水量为11%左右;短期浸水有利于蛹羽化为成虫,以浸泡20 min处理的羽化率最高,随着浸泡时间延长羽化率逐渐降低,浸水48 h的蛹完全不能羽化。【结论】湿度影响桃蛀果蛾卵孵化和成虫羽化。[Objecttive]The objective of the study was to elucidate the influence of the humidity and water immersion on egg hatch and adult emergence of Carposina sasakii Walsingham. [Method] The influence of relative humidity, soil moisture and water immersion on C. sasakii Walsingham was determined under lab- oratory condition. [Result]The results indicated that the egg hatch rate increased as relative humidity in- creased from 31% to 90%. The favorable range of RH for egg hatch was from 70% to 80%. The water im- mersion had little influence on the hatch rate of 1 d and 6 d egg. The soil moisture had significant influence on the adult emergence rate. The favorable soil moisture for adult emergence was 11%. When the pupae were immersed in the water, the emergence rate was significantly correlated with the immersed time. The emergence rate increased in short time immersion. It was the highest when pupae immersed in water for 20 min, but as the time got longer, the emergence rate decreased. There was no emergence when the pupae were completely immersed in the water for 48 h. [Conclusion] Influence of the humidity on egg hatch and adult emergence of C. sasakii.
