摘 要:经过10多年的发展,DNA分子标记已经在枇杷属植物中得到较为广泛的应用。概述了枇杷属植物研究中使用的DNA分子标记类型及特点,并从种质资源遗传多样性与亲缘关系分析、分子遗传连锁图谱构建、种质鉴定与指纹图谱构建等方面总结了DNA分子标记技术在枇杷上的研究进展。同时,对DNA分子标记技术在枇杷研究中存在的问题进行讨论。此外,认为枇杷更多分子标记类型的开发和应用、种质资源的收集与深度分子评价、高密度分子遗传图谱和种质指纹图谱的构建是今后的发展方向。After more than 10 years of development, DNA molecular markers were widely used in loquat. Types and characteristics of molecular markers utilized in the study of loquat were summarized. The pro- gresses and achievements have been reviewed on genetic diversity and phylogenetie relationship, genetic linkage mapping of molecular markers, fingerprinting and identification of germplasm. Meanwhile, the problems presented in Loquat were discussed. Besides, development and use of more types of molecular markers of loquat, germplasm collection and evaluation based on molecular markers, construction of high-density genetic linkage mapping of molecular markers and fingerprinting, were considered as the di- rection of development in the future.
