摘　　要：莫棠为清末民初著名藏书家,其铜井寄庐藏书颇多。本文依据其藏书目录及题跋,考莫棠生平事迹,述其藏书基本情况,并略论题跋的学术价值。Mo Tang is a noted book-collector during the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, whose Tongjingjilu boasts a rich collection of books. Based on the catalogue and annotations of his collections, this paper attempts to study Mo Tang＇s life, outlines of his collections and academic values in his annotations.
