摘　　要：对外贸易的发展使我国迅速、全面融入全球经济大循环体系,开放型经济体系逐步形成,综合国力全面提升。当前,世界经济不景气和国内发展新阶段等各种约束日益显现,但对外贸易仍是我国国民经济全面、协调和可持续发展不可或缺的重要组成部分。面对新困境,必须大力推进外贸发展转型升级,加快"走出去"以带动外贸发展,积极扶持中小型外贸企业发展,有效妥善应对国际贸易保护主义。The development of foreign trade helps China integrate into the global economic circu- lation rapidly and comprehensively, promoting the formation of open economic system and overall up- grading of comprehensive national power. Currently, the world economy undergoes downturns and China＇s development faces various restraints; however, foreign trade is still playing an indispensable role for the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of China＇s national economy. Faced with new challenges, we should vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade, speed up the ＂going global＂ for the sake of driving the development of foreign trade, active- ly support the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and take effective and proper measures to deal with international trade protectionism.
