摘  要:如何降低接触电阻对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)效率的影响,对促进PEMFC堆的开发和应用具有重要的意义。对PEMFC在工作过程中的效率损失进行了数学描述,较详细地研究了接触电阻的形成机理与影响因素,并指出接触电阻是造成PEMFC电效率损失的主要原因。通过对国内外多种型号的PEMFC电效率的计算结果,得到接触电阻引起的电效率损失占30%~40%。Research on how to reduce the influence of contact resistance on electric efficiency of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) has a significant meaning for improving the performance of PEMFC stack. It also has great importance for its development and application. The mathematical description for electrical efficiency of PEMFC in working process was developed. The formation mechanism and influencing factors of contact resistance were studied in detail. Based on the calculations about the electric efficiency of various type of PEMFC at home and aboard, the contact resistance was confirmed contributed the main loss of electric efficiency accounting for 30%-40% of the total.
