摘  要:针对光伏电池输出特性的非线性,利用PVsyst软件对60Wp硅晶体电池组件在不同光照强度、电池温度、输出阻抗、损耗情况下的输出特性进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明,影响光伏电池转换效率的主要因素是太阳辐射和电池温度,随着太阳辐射的增强,转换效率逐渐升高;随着电池温度的升高,转换效率迅速下降。根据仿真结果分析了光伏电池转换效率的各种影响因素对光伏电池运行特性的作用,进而提出有效地提高太阳电池转换效率的方法。Aiming at the output of nonlinear characteristics of photovoltaic battery, PVsyst software was used to simulate the output characteristic of the 60 Wp silicon crystals battery components in the case of different light intensity, battery temperature, output impedance, impedance losses. The experimental results show that the main factors affecting conversion efficiency are the sun radiation and battery temperature, along with the increase of the solar radiation, conversion efficiency increasing gradually, and along with the increase of battery temperature, conversion efficiency drop quickly. According to the simulation results, the various affecting factors of the conversion efficiency and the role of the run characteristics were analyzed, and then the effective methods were put forward to improve the conversion efficiency.
