摘  要:针对蓄电池内阻检测方法交流注入法进行改进,提出了独具特点的内阻检测方案并进行了仪表设计,设计中应用数字移相技术和锁相环技术,依托AVR单片机强大的数据处理能力,提出一种新的检测蓄电池注入的交流电压信号和交流电流信号之间的相位差方法;硬件滤波与软件滤波的充分结合提高了仪表的精准度。对内阻检测仪的硬件和软件设计做了具体介绍。通过实验验证了内阻仪的精度,并根据内阻仪实验测量数据分析验证了内阻检测的相关理论。To improve AC injection method for battery internal resistance detection, the unique internal resistance detection scheme was presented and the instrument was designed, which applied the digital phase shift technology and PLL technology. Relying on the powerful data processing capability of AVR microcontroller, a new method was proposed to detect the phase difference between AC voltage signal and current signal. The integration of hardware filtering and software filter could improve the accuracy of the instrument. In this paper, the hardware and software design of internal resistance detector was described in detail. The experiment results verify the precision of the resistance instrument, and according to the measurement data of resistance instrument, the relative internal resistance detection theory was analyzed.
