摘 要:采用混凝沉淀法对经过预处理的唐山某化纤厂黏胶短纤维生产废水进行了处理研究,考察了pH、助凝剂投加量、反应温度等因素对混凝沉淀的影响。实验结果表明,乙炔渣不仅能作为pH调节剂.而且具有良好的混凝作用;pH在8.5时混凝作用和沉淀Zn^2+的效果最好:投加1.4g/m3聚合度为1000万-1400万的助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺可明显提高混凝效果;反应温度在45℃时混凝效果最好。处理后废水的Zn^2+〈1.55mg,L,浊度≤10NTU,COD〈450mg/L,电导率≤2100μS/cm,B/C≥0.4。The treatment of wastewater from viscose staple fiber production in a chemical fiber plant in Tangshan, China, by coagulation and precipitation has been studied. The effects of pH, coagulant dosage, reaction temperature and other factors on coagulation and precipitation have been investigated. Experimental results show that acetylene residue as a kind of pH regulator has good coagulating function, as well. The efficiency of coagulation and precipita- tion of Zn2+ is the best when the pH is 8.5. Coagulation effect can be significantly improved, when 1.4 g/m3 of coagu- lant PAM (polyacrylamide),whose degree of polymerization is 10 million-14 million,is added into the wastewater. Coagulation effect is the best when the reaction temperature is 45 ℃. The water quality of the treated wastewater is [ Zn2+ ] 〈1.55 mg/L, turbidity ≤ 10 NTU, COD〈450 mg/L, conductivity ≤ 2 100 μS/cm and B/C ≥ 0.4.
