摘 要:对铬鞣废弃革屑水解提取的蛋白进行羧基化改性,可制得一种蛋白基的新型阻垢剂。使用该阻垢剂对模拟碱性水进行阻磷酸钙垢实验,考察了阻垢剂结构、用量对阻磷酸钙垢率的影响。实验结果表明,这类改性胶原蛋白阻垢剂具有优异的阻磷酸钙垢的性能,SEM分析显示,在磷酸钙垢形成过程中,分散作用以及对晶格的畸变效应是阻垢的主要机制。The new-type of protein-based scale inhibitor has been prepared by carboxyl modification with hydrolyzed protein which was extracted from abandoned chrome-shavings. The effects of inhibitor structure and dosage on calci- um phosphate scale inhibiting efficiency are investigated by treating the simulated alkaline water with this scale in- hibitor, in order to carry on calcium phosphate scale inhibition tests for simulated alkaline water. The experimental results show that the modified collagen inhibitor has excellent calcium-phosphate inhibiting capability. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that the main mechanisms of scale inhibition is dispersion, as well as the distortion effect of lattice, during the calcium phosphate scale forming process.
