摘 要:通过实验研究了铁氧体法处理高浓度含铜废水的工艺条件。结果表明:在pH=10.0、n(Fe2+)∶n(Cu2+)=10、n(Fe3+)∶n(Fe2+)=1.5∶1、反应温度为30℃、搅拌时间为15 min的条件下,处理效果最佳。铜的去除率可达99.95%左右,处理后的废水中的Cu2+可从1 600 mg/L左右降至1 mg/L以下,达到GB 25467—2010的间接排放标准。对沉淀进行酸洗、水洗和干燥处理,EDS和XRD分析结果显示在此条件下能生成稳定存在的铜铁氧体。The technological conditions for the treatment of highly concentrated Cu^2+containing wastewater by ferrite process have been studied through experiments. The results show that the best treatment efficiency is achieved under the following conditions : pH = 10.0, n (Fe^2+ ) :n (Cu^2+ ) = 10, n (Fe^2+) :rt (Fe^2+) =1.5:1, reaction temperature =30 ℃ and stirring time=15 min. The highest copper removing rate is around 99.95% and the concentration of Cu^2+ in the treated water is reduced from about 1 600 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L, reaching the indirect discharge standard stipulated in GB 25467--2010. EDS and XRD analyses show that after precipitation has been treated by pickling,washing and drying, stable copper ferrite generates under such conditions.
