摘 要:以赤泥为主要原料,采用烧结法制备了赤泥颗粒吸附剂(GS)。考察了温度和吸附时间对单一体系和竞争体系中Cd(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)去除效果的影响,并探讨了其去除机制。结果表明,GS对Cd(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的去除率随温度的升高而升高,最大去除率为100%。当反应温度为30℃时,竞争吸附干扰使得GS对Cd(Ⅱ)的去除率降低了14%,而对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除率基本不变,吸附剂对重金属的吸附选择顺序为Pb(Ⅱ)>Cd(Ⅱ)。GS对Cd(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附主要依靠羟基铁的表面吸附机制和静电引力,其吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型(R2>0.999)。Using red mud as the main raw material, granular s orbent (GS) has been prepared by sintering process. The effects of temperature and adsorption time on the removing efficacy of Cd ( Ⅱ ) and Pb ( Ⅱ ) in unitary system and competition system are investigated ,and the removing mechanisms are discussed. The results show that the removing rate increases with the increase of its temperature. The highest removing rate is 100%. When the reaction temperature is 30 ℃, the removing rate of Cd (Ⅱ ) reduces by 14% by the interference of competition adsorption, but the removing rate of Pb ( Ⅱ ) does not change basically. The adsorption selecting sequence of heavy metals by the sorbent is Pb ( Ⅱ) 〉Cd ( Ⅱ ). The adsorption of Cd (Ⅱ ) and Pb (Ⅱ) by GS mainly depends upon the surface adsorption mechanism and electrostatic attraction of iron carbonyl. The adsorption process conforms to pseudo- second-order kinetics model (R2〉0.999).
