婴幼儿肺炎患儿体液免疫检测170例检测分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿肺炎患儿体液免疫水平及规律,提供检测数据,为评估病情提供据理论依据。方法:对2011-01～2012-06在儿科病房婴幼儿社区获得性肺炎住院170例患儿的体液免疫在治疗前进行检测,包括免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3(C3)、补体C4(C4)共5项检测指标。根据年龄分成3个年龄段分组,分别为:1～6月,6～12月,1岁～3岁,共3组,对每年龄段男女各分一组,每个年龄段男女组检测结果进行统计学对比分析。结果:3个年龄段男女组患儿体液免疫指标比较的统计学差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:婴幼儿体液免疫各个指标发育不平衡,总体上女孩体液免疫发育较男孩童为早,部分检测指标为男孩发育较快。为临床医师充实了实验理论依据,有利于儿科医师依据年龄设计临床治疗方案。在解释病情和医患沟通,构建和谐医患关系方面有积极意义。Objective ：To investigate the level of humoral immunity in infants with pneumonia and law, providing test data for assessment of disease severity, provide according to the theoretical basis. Methods：On January to 2012 2011 to June in my hospital pediatric ward in infants with pneumonia in 170 children＇s humoral immunity before treatment were detected, including immunoglobulin A （IgA）, immunoglobulin G （ IgG）, immunoglobuliu M （IgM）, C3 （ C3 ）, C4 （ C4 ） total complement 5 indexes of. According to the age is divided into 3 age groups, are： 1 -6, 6 - 12 month, 1 years old - 3 years old, a total of 3 groups, for each age men and women each group, each age group of male and female detection results were analyzed statistically. Results：The results of the 3 age groups of both sexes and humoral immunity in chil- dren with developmental imbalance index, and compared the difference was significant （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions ：infant humoral immune indexes of growth is not balanced, the overall development of a boy girl humoral immunity for early de- tection of indexes for boys, part of rapid development. For the cli/aician to enrich experimental theoretical basis for pediatricians, according to age the design of clinical treatment scheme. In the interpretation of illness and doctor patient communication, constructing harmonious doctorpatient relationship has positive significance.
