D-二聚体、凝血象在观察脑梗死时的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死患者D-二聚体和凝血象检测的临床意义。方法:对41例脑梗死患者和45例健康对照组的凝血象和D-二聚体进行测试。结果:脑梗死患者与对照组比对PT、APTT、TT时间值缩短,但P>0.05无统计学意义;FIB、D-二聚体含量增多且P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:检测脑梗死患者的凝血象和D-二聚体,能早期发现患者的血栓前状态并尽快溶栓对患者的病情恢复和预后有一定的临床意义。Objective： To explore cerebral infarction patients the coagulative factors and the D - dimer test clinical significance. Methods：In our 41 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 45 cases of healthy controls and coagulation of blood picture D - dimer test. Results ： Cerebral infarction patients and the controls than PT, AvFr, TTshorten time value, but P 〉 0.05 no statistical significance; FIB, D - dimer content increased and P 〈 0.05 have statistical significance. Conclusions：Detection of patients with cerebral infarction coagulation blood picture and d - dimer in patients with early detection of physical condition as soon as possible before blood clots can thrombolysis for the patient re- covery and prognosis has certain clinical significance.
