摘  要:目的:探究匹多莫德治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效。方法:对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合匹多莫德口服液治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状及体征消失时间、经治疗后6个月内平均再次感染的次数、平均感染持续时间,及药物不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的80.88%;观察组在发热、扁桃体大、咳嗽等临床症状及体征改善程度明显优于对照组;观察组停药后6个月内平均再次感染次数及平病程均明显少于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未产生药物毒副反应。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合匹多莫德治疗,有效改善患儿机体免疫能力,对细菌感染和病毒感染的临床效果确切,能明显降低呼吸道复发,且无明显不良反应,值得临床应用和推广。Objective :To explore pidotimod treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection efficacy. Methods: A control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of joint match Duo Mode particle oral therapy, observed two groups of children with clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared by 6 months after treat ment, the average re infection number of times, and the average duration of infections, and adverse drug reactions. Results:The total effective rate was 94. 12%, significantly higher than 80. 88% ; observation group than the control group in the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in the degree of fever, tonsils, cough; 6 months after discontinuation of the observation group the average number of infections again and fiat course of the disease was signifi cantly less than that in the control group; differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Two groups of children were not produce toxic side effects of the drug. Conclusions: The United match on the basis of conventional therapy Duo mo De therapy effective in improving the body's immunity in children, the exact clinical effect of bacterial infections and viral infections, respiratory tract can significantly reduce recurrence, and no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clin ical application and promotion.
