摘  要:在模拟装置上通过催化氧化法对CO与空气的混合气进行了净化研究。研究了常温、常压下3种催化剂、循环流速和时间对CO/空气低浓度混合气体中CO的净化性能。实验结果表明,3种催化剂对CO/空气低浓度混合气体具有一定程度的净化能力,并且净化能力与催化剂种类、循环流速、时间有关。ACO-2净化性能优于hopcalite和ACO-1;在一定范围内,循环流速的提高,有助于提高催化剂净化效果;CO浓度在400×10-6范围内,催化剂对CO的净化速率随着时间的进行越来越慢。Through analog devices, catalytic oxidation method is used to purify CO/air mixed gas m this paper. The purification performances of three kinds of catalysts, circulation velocity and time on CO/air mixed gas is researched in the ambient temperature and pressure. The experimental results show that three kinds of catalysts have a certain level capacity for purifying the CO/air mixed gas with low concentration and the purification performances have relationship with the kind of catalyst, circulation velocity and time. The ACO -2 shows better performance than the other two. Within a certain rage, the elevation of the circulation velocity attributes to the purification performance of catalyst. When CO concentration is in the rage of 400 ppm, the purification rate is slower and slower as time goes on.
