手外科护理业务查房新模式的探析

摘　　要：目的探析护理业务查房新模式在手外科病房的I临床应用效果。方法对2010年1月至2012年12月手外科病房实施护理业务查房新模式进行回顾性分析。结果护理业务查房新模式实施后，手外科护士的综合素质水平明显提高，患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高，护理人员对新的查房模式效果评价与以往查房效果比较差异有统计学意义。结论护理业务查房新模式对提高护士综合素质，增强护士责任意识，提高护理质量，拓展护理新技术新业务，促进护患关系和谐发展，具有显著的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effecof new model in the nursing care ward round in the hand surgery department. MethodThe implementation of nursing care ward round in the hand surgery departmenwaretrospectively analyzed. ResultThe comprehensive quality of nursewere increased obviously when the new model ward round waimplemented. Patientwere more satisfied with the work of nursing care. The evaluation of new model ward round by nursewahighethan before. ConclusionThe new model of nursing ward round showed greahelp foincreasing the comprehensive quality of nurses, the responsibility awarenesof nurseand the nursing quality. Ipresented an significanapplication value by developing new nursing care technique and helping establish harmoniourelationship between the nursing staff and patients.
