摘　　要：目的评估股骨近端空心钉锁定钢板治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年6月期间经股骨近端空心钉锁定钢板固定治疗的26例股骨颈骨折患者,术后定期随访X线片及临床效果。结果 26例患者均获得平均14.7个月(6～18个月)随访,18例骨折愈合良好,愈合时间20～30周(平均24.6周),无伤口感染;4例出现股骨头部分坏死,4例出现骨折端吸收延迟愈合。无一例出现内固定松动等并发症。结论股骨近端空心钉锁定钢板是治疗股骨颈骨折的可选方案,可获得较满意的临床疗效。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of proximal femur hollow screw locking plate （PFHSLP） in treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods A retrospective study was done on 26 patients of femoral neck fractures treated with PFHSLP in our department from January 2010 to June 2011. Regular postoperative follow up of serial Xray and clinical effects was implemented. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 18 months （mean 14. 7 months）, 18 cases were well healed with healing time of 20 to 30 weeks （mean 24. 6 weeks）, there was no wound infection. We found out that 4 cases emerged head femoral partial necrosis, 4 patients turned out to delay the union fracture absorption. No fixation failure were observed during the follow up. Conclusions PFHSLP internal fixation is an effective treatment method for femoral neck fractures.
