摘　　要：经纬仪、全站仪等精密测量仪器在起重机安检中的应用从某种程度上改善了起重机监检水平,但专用于建筑测绘的全站仪等仪器不属于起重机监检专用仪器,未能使监检人员摆脱效率低下的诸如笔头记录的工作方式。为此,从工程应用角度出发,作者研发了一款专用于起重机现场检测的起重机激光检测仪,以实现更安全、更高效、更智能的检验过程。本文从提升该检测仪的智能化水平出发,设计了一种针对检测仪检测数据的接收、分析、保存以及报告等过程实行智能处理的上位机管理系统,运用C++Builder平台开发完成了起重机监检智能管理系统,实践表明该系统运行良好,达到了预期效果。Applications of measuring instruments such as the theodolite and the total station have improved the level of the crane supervision and inspection during supervising and inspecting of cranes.The theodolite and the total station,which are specific instruments for geomatics engineering and architecture,don’t belong to professional instruments of crane supervision and inspection,so the use of these kinds of instruments doesn’t change the inefficient work manner such as the surveyors record using note-taking during supervising and inspecting.Because of the insufficient that has been told,a kind of crane laser detector has been developed for special purpose about crane supervision and inspection to obtain a safer,more efficient,and smarter inspecting process.In order to improve the intelligent level about this crane laser detector,the paper designed a kind of management system used in the upper layer computer.This system is mainly used to process the test data received from the crane laser detector with the help of the software C＋＋ Builder,which can judge the data automatically,store the data as well as report the result,and so on.And the application and test of the designed system has indicated that functions and goals of the system can be well reached.
