摘　　要：本文首先介绍了基于回放技术的某控制板计算机自动测试仪的硬件系统的组成和工作原理。在此基础上,给出了激励信号回放电路、多路信号切换及加载电路、电源保护电路、高低电平信号输出隔离电路和系统校准电路等关键电路的具体实现方法。接下来,给出了硬件设计中可靠性设计、可维修性设计和电磁兼容性设计的详细操作方法。最后,对设计基于回放技术的计算机自动测试系统给出了几点建议。本文的研究成果对设计基于回放技术的计算机自动测试系统,具有较高的参考价值。The components and operation principle of hardware of automated test apparatus for PCB card based upon playback technology are introduced at first.Based on this,specific implementations of several key circuits are shown,such as playback circuit of？exciting signal,switch and load circuit of？multiple signals,protection circuit of power,isolation circuit of output signal and calibration circuit of system.Furthermore,detailed operation method of design of reliability,maintainability and electromagnetic compatibility are also given.Finally,some？recommendations for automated test？systems？by means of？playback technology are summarized.The？research of this paper shows high reference value for？the design of computer automated test system.
