摘　　要：本文分析了离心机转头无法从离心腔内取出的原因是由于使用不当导致转头与离心机电机主轴发生粘结。结合维修实践介绍了两种处理方法,分别适合于用户自行处理和专业人员处理,并提示了处理过程中的注意事项。针对故障原因提出了几点防范措施,即:正确的使用方法和及时的日常维护。同时总结了仪器维修过程中选用合适工具的重要性。The reason for which the centrifuge rotor can not be taken out from the chamber is analyzed,it is that rotor and motor spindle are bonded together due to improper use.Two solutions for this problem are introduced,which are suitable for users and professionals.Notes for maintenance are prompted.Several preventive measures are also put forward,which are proper use and timely maintenance.The importance of selecting appropriate tools is also summarized during maintenance.
