摘 要:为优化生产并实现利润最大化,石油及天然气行业在不断地寻求经济、有效的钻井和油气开采方法。常规钻井方法面临采购成本、检验、操作、运输等诸多作业和经济挑战,更为重要的是底部钻具组合(BHA)更换或钻至总深度时起下钻柱,不仅产生大量的非生产时间,而且引起井眼不稳定和漏失等井控难题。套管钻井已经历了10多年的研发,直到最近几年,该先进技术才得到成功应用,它能在一个钻进过程中同时完成钻井、下套管与固井作业。文中介绍了目前的套管钻井技术及实际应用情况,分析了其优势与局限性,并提出了相应的解决办法,最后对BHA可回收尾管钻井系统的优势、局限性和实用性进行了分析。Operators in the oil and gas industry are constantly seeking the cost-effective methods of drilling and producing oil and gas to optimize the production and to maximize the profits. Conventional drilling methods have been plagued with huge operational amt financial challenges, such as purchasing cost, inspecting, handling, transporting, and especially tripping in-and-out of the drill string whenever the BHA needs a replacement or when total depth is reached. That not only contributes to non-productive time, lint also leads to well control difficulties including wellbore instability and lost circulation. Casing drilling has been under development for over a decade and has only been executed successfully as an advanced technology in recent years. Casing drilling simultaneously encompasses the drilling, casing and cementing operation during drilling. This paper presents a review of current techniques used in casing drilling technique and identifies the advantages and limitations and proffers solutions to casing drilling. Effort has been made to identify the advantage, limitation and practicability of retrievable liner drilling.
