摘  要:裂缝性储层油气含量丰富,但安全密度窗口窄,钻进时经常出现井下复杂情况,导致储层伤害。文中介绍了裂缝性储层采用常规钻井技术钻进的局限性;讨论了控压钻井技术解决由窄密度窗口引起井下复杂等问题的优势,建立了控压钻井环空压力计算模型;并以某区块×3井为例,讨论控压钻井技术在裂缝性储层钻井中的应用,以及与同区块其他钻井方式钻井情况的对比。研究表明:与其他钻井方式相比,控压钻井技术在钻进中可及时发现井涌、井漏,精确控制环空压力剖面和循环当量密度(ECD),大大降低了井控风险;与同区块邻井相比,水平段延伸进尺大幅提高,钻井液漏失量是其他钻井方法的1.7%。The fractured reservoir which has narrow mud weight window is rich in oil and gas, resuhing in downhole complexity and fi)nnation damage during drilling. First, some limitations of traditional drilling method in fractured reservoir are introduced in this paper. Then, the advantages of MPD (managed pressure drilling) in solving the downhole complexity eansed by narrow mud weight window are discussed and the caleulation models about annular pressure are established. Finally, taking Well x3 as an example, this paper discusses the application of the technique in fractured reservoir and the comparison with other drilling methods. The resuhs show that MPD can detect the well kiek and mud loss in time, can control the annular pressure and ECD (equivalent cireulating density) exactly and can decrease risk of well control greatly. As a result, compared with the offset wells of smue block, the extension footage of horizantal section is greatly increased and the amount of drilling fluid loss is 1.7% of other drilling methods.
