摘　　要：基于船舶压载舱涂层保护新标准(PSPC)的内容要求,从船舶涂装施工、涂层保护与修复措施两个方面进行了研究,提出了以满足其要求为核心的涂装施工和涂层保护与修复的优化技术。The contents and requirements of the new standard of ballast tank coating protection （PSPC） were studied. From the view of ship painting, coating protection and restoration, the optimization techniques of coreeoating application and coating protection anti restoration was proposed to meet the requirements of PSPC.
