摘　　要：针对大型耙吸挖泥船长鲸6出厂后发生的故障,通过对耙吸管典型工况状态下的受力分析,确定不同工况下耙管对绞车的作用力并与所配绞车极限承载能力进行比较,确定施工过程中绞车出现故障的原因,根据现场情况确定临时解决方案。The winches of suction tube for the large trailing suction hopper dredger Changjing 6 were often failure during construction process. Through analyzing the forces of the suction tube acting upon the winch in some representative cases, and comparing it with the bearing capacity of winches, the reason of winch failure was found, and a temporary solution was proposed according to the worksite conditions.
