宫腔镜联合超声观察子宫异常出血临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜联合超声检查子宫异常出血的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析深圳妇幼保健院治疗90例子宫异常出血患者的临床资料，对单独采用宫腔镜、超声和宫腔镜联合超声3种方式的检查结果，分别与病理确诊结果进行比较。结果超声检查诊断结果与病理学诊断结果的总体符合率为71．11％（64／90）；宫腔镜检查诊断结果与病理学诊断结果的总体符合率为87．78％（79／90）；宫腔镜联合超声检查诊断结果与病理学诊断结果的总体符合率为97．78％（88／90），宫腔镜联合超声检查诊断准确率明显高于单独使用超声检查或单独使用宫腔镜检查的准确率（矿=0．021，P〈0．05）。结论宫腔镜联合超声检查能迅速而准确地诊断子宫异常出血的原因，显著降低漏诊率，减少患者进行刮宫手术的痛苦。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound in the observation of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of uterine abnormal bleeding in Shenzhen MCH Hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The examination results of hysteroscopy, ultrasound, and hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound were compared with pathological diagnosis results respectively. Results The overall coincidence rates of ultrasonic results, hysteroscopy results, and results examined by hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound with pathologic diagnosis results were 71.11% （64/90）, 87.78% （79/90） and 97.78% （88/ 90）, respectively. The accuracy of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasonic diagnosis was significantly higher than that of ultrasound alone or single hysteroscopy （X2= 0. 021 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound examination can be used in rapid and accurate diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. It can reduce misdiagnosis rate significantly and reduce pain in curettage surgery.
