摘  要:鉴于卷簧机存在自动化程度低、操作复杂和维修困难等问题,考虑到生产现场的干扰以及设备运行可靠性等因素,结合工业控制技术,设计出的卷簧机系统.采用PLC作为核心控制器,具有应用性简单、可靠性高、移植强和抗干扰能力强等特点.由编码器构成的反馈回路形成闭环控制系统,从而实现对系统的精确、稳定控制.卷簧机系统的工程实际运行效果表明:以PLC为控制器的闭环控制系统使卷簧机系统的整体运行性能有大幅提高.There are the problems of low degree of automation, complex operation and maintain difficulties in the spring coiling machine. Given that the interference of manufacturing and the reliability of equipment operation, and with the industrial control technology, the spring coiling machine system that uses PLC as core controller is designed. The spring coiling machine system has the features of strong applicability, high reliability, simple transplantation and strong anti--jamming capability, etc. Encoder feedback loop forms a closed loop control system, so as to realize the accurate and stable control of the system. Engineering prac- tical operation effects of the spring coiling machine system shows that the closed loop control system with PLC as controller greatly increases the overall performance of the spring coiling machine system.
