云南省不同地区傣族儿童贫血的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南省不同地区傣族儿童贫血的发生概况。方法对云南省西双版纳州、德宏州、玉溪的傣族儿童3003人进行了血液分析、Hb电泳检测,并进行统计学分析。结果所调查的云南省3种傣族贫血发生率22.8%。地贫与贫血二者有相关。结论云南省3种傣族儿童的贫血和地贫属高发,其发生率在所调查的不同的年龄及地区有差异,且贫血和地贫有相关。该调查为云南省3种傣族进行贫血的预防提供了有价值的基础资料。Objective： To investigate the carrier rate of anemia among the children of 3 Dai in YunNan.Methods： 3003 samples of children were verified by blood cell automatic analysis and hemoglobin electrophoresis.Result： The incidence of anemia was 22.8%.There are Correlation between the anemia and thalassemia.Conclusion： Anemia and thalassaemia among the children 3 Dai in YunNan,would be a lot easier for children under the age of 7 are high incidence,its incidence there are age and regional differences.There are Correlation between the anemia and thalassemia.The investigation provides a valuable basis for information of anemia prevention of 3 Dai in YunNan.
