摘　　要：针对催化富气压缩机组C/CT-301无法调节转速的问题,详细介绍了调速系统的调节方式,分为气动和机械手动两种方式,气动调速又分为本地气动和远程气动。汽轮机的静态调试(包括气动风压和主汽阀阀位的调整)、启动过程进行了详细阐述;分析了转速无法调节的原因,采取了相应的措施,使机组转速实现了本地气动、远程气动、机械手动调节。The rotation speed of the rich gas compressor C/CT-301 cannot be adjusted.According to this problem,the article introduces in detail the speed system regulating mode which is divided into pneumatic control including local and remote pneumatic control and mechanical manual control.It expounds the test method of steam turbine static including pneumatic air pressure and main steam valve position adjustment and the startup process.The article also analyzes the reasons for the breakdown of rotation speed and corresponding measures are taken which help to realize the local pneumatic,remote pneumatic and mechanical manual adjustment.
